Access agreement

The access agreement is a document that all users have to sign in order to get their accounts validated. This document has to be signed ***only once***, after which the user can start using the account for downloading datasets available for the user's category.

Users can obtain the access agreement:

  • by mail, to the specified address;
  • directly from the RODA's office;
  • by downloading it from our web page.

The access agreement varies according to the purpose for which the data ordered will be used.

For individual use, you can download the Individual access agreement.

For teaching purposes, both professors and students will have to sign a Teaching access agreement.
Because there are different students each year, this document has to be updated, signed and sent to the archive yearly, in July.
